Making Every Number Count: Reflecting on Our 2024 Impact
March 31st, 2025
As we wrap up B Corp Month, we take this opportunity to reflect on the measurable impact we’ve made in 2024. This year’s B Corp Month theme highlights the power of collective impact, something that resonates with us. We know that great things happens when we work with our stakeholders in mind: our employees, our clients, and the communities that depend on the work that we do.
That’s why in 2023 we announced our tagline: Make Every Number Count. This commitment isn’t just a marketing campaign; it’s a guiding principle that drives our efforts to track, measure, and improve the ways we serve our stakeholders. Every number represents a step forward in building a more sustainable, equitable, and community-focused business.
Here are some of the key impact metrics we’re proud of in 2024:
- 100% of employees earn a living wage- Providing a fair wage gives our employees the tools to succeed
- High-to-low pay ratio: 1:5- We maintain a fair pay structure that promotes equity and transparency
- 66% average recycle rate- Sustainability is core to our operations, and we continue to push for waste reduction across all projects
- 50%+ of our clients are nonprofits- We are proud to support organizations that create positive social change in their communities
- 30% of our employees identify as women, compared to the industry average of just 14.3% (source: U.S. Department of Commerce); We are committed to fostering a more inclusive and diverse workforce
- 430 volunteer hours contributed- Giving back is important to us and our team actively engages in initiatives that make a difference in our communities
Each of these numbers help to tell our story, not just of what we’ve accomplished, but where we’re headed. As we move forward in 2024, we remain committed to tracking our impact making every number count.
