ENTRY LEVEL POSITIONS & INTERNSHIPS
Entry Level Positions
The Field Engineer role prepares you for a career as a Project Superintendent. The field engineer is assigned to the field operations team and will assist in obtaining, evaluating and coordinating all information needed to construct the project in accordance with the contract documents and to assure that the work meets all safety standards, is within schedule requirements, and is constructed to the highest level of quality possible. The field engineer works closely with the jobsite superintendent to manage temporary field staff, company laborers and carpenters.
The Project Engineer role prepares you for a career as a Project Manager. Our project engineers assist the project manager in managing and processing the administrative documentation for the assigned project(s) from the job set up stage to final project close-out. They’re also responsible for supporting the project field staff administratively.
Coops/Internships
Doing a coop with us is a great way to see if you fit our culture and like the work. Coops work on a variety of assignments. You’ll review shop-drawings, prepare pricing solicitations for change-orders and awarded contracts and RFI’s from sub-contractors. You may also attend some job meetings and are responsible for taking meeting minutes.
