Jeff Palmer

President of Connecticut Operations

Jeff Palmer oversees our Connecticut operations. He sets and communicates the expectations for the CT project teams, as well as promotes the company’s safety culture. He's also responsible for managing risk and project profitability. Jeff joined C.E. Floyd as a co-op during his final semester of college and has been with the company for more than 20 years. He likes seeing the determination, collaboration, and hard work of a team bring a well laid plan to fruition. This team focus no doubt comes from years of competitive wrestling, including at the NCAA level.
