September 2nd, 2014
Demo is complete at Concord’s Trinity Episcopal Church. Click on “Knock Down” to check out a time-lapse video of SMS Services taking down the Parish House.

The foundation has also been demolished to make way for a much larger Parish House. Linking new materials to old, while connecting the new facility to the existing will be challenging. Protection of the existing chapel, mechanical room, and electric room will be an ongoing issue until the new facility is water-tight. The 11-month project will involve the entire team’s scheduling efforts to keep the church open to service its members.
We are working with Taylor & Burns Architects and Diversified Project Management.
This is our 16th project in Concord, including the Elizabeth B. Hall Chapel at Concord Academy.
