The fatal injury rate for the construction industry is higher than the national average – one in five worker fatalities in private industry in 2016 were in the construction industry. 

We’re committed to providing a zero harm work environment for our employees, subcontractor employees, jobsite visitors and anyone else who sets foot on one of our jobsites. Each person on the jobsite must support our zero harm philosophy to make a truly safe and healthy work environment achievable. We lead by example, partner with subcontractors and make safety a priority before work begins. 

For that reason, we’ve created a video highlighting our seven core safety values to demonstrate the importance of safety here at C.E. Floyd Company and to set expectations for those working on our job sites. No one can work on any of our jobsites until they’ve watched and signed off on this safety orientation video.
