C.E. Floyd builds Spencer Trappist Ale Brewery, the first of its kind in the U.S.

We’re excited to share the news about our recently completed greenfield brewery: The Spencer Brewery built for St. Joseph’s Abbey! The Spencer Brewery is brewing Spencer Trappist Ale, the first Trappist Ale in the United States. The 36,000 sf facility has the capacity to brew 40,000 barrels a year!
