Chuck Tobin
COO
Chuck Tobin sets a clear strategic plan, ensures the company is adhering to it and communicates it throughout the company. He brings proven leadership and experience to his oversight of the company’s operations and estimating departments. After successfully managing several of the company’s largest projects, Chuck relocated to Connecticut in 2006 to open our Middletown office, which he grew to reach parity with our Massachusetts location and where he developed a strong team. He’s grateful that he can have a positive impact on both people’s professional goals and project goals. He has been with the company for 30 years and is a member of LeadingAge CT and CT ABC.
