Bedford Falls Project wins Excellence in Construction Award!

C.E. Floyd received the ABC Building Green Award for the Bedford Falls Senior Living Community at their 2013 Excellence in Construction Awards banquet this week!
Bedford Falls, located in Bedford, NH, is a LEED Platinum new Senior Living Community, and was one of the first new Assisted Living Facilities to achieve LEED Platinum for Homes in the country.
We partnered with Bechtel Frank Erickson Architects and New Ecology, along with repeat client Benchmark Senior Living to deliver this 75,000 sf project in only 13 months. The accelerated construction schedule enabled the community to open and build a substantial population before the holiday season. Our team approach, from project conception to completion, was key in bringing this higher quality senior living community to fruition.
