    Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of experience estimating private sector, commercial construction projects. They are responsible for the quantity surveys and material takeoffs, labor and equipment, calculating and accurately projecting the cost for the construction projects, and/or coordinating full, comprehensive, detailed estimating services on large, small and/or complex work for commercial projects. Candidates experience with On-Screen Takeoff and Sage Timberline Estimating software is required. Conceptual budgeting experience is a plus!

    Description:

    Project Managers oversee and manage the entire construction delivery process from the award of the contract by the client to the final project billing and execution of the warranty work. They perform a key role in the project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed. This is a highly visible position, and you are a key link to our clients and responsible to maintain positive Client/Designer relationships as well as contribute to the company’s marketing.

    • Bachelors in Construction Management, Architecture or business related field preferred
    • Minimum 8+ years direct project management experience in commercial construction projects
    • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of CPM scheduling and ability to create master detail schedules utilizing  SureTrak or Primavera P6. (Must be able to buy out jobs AND review and negotiate subcontracts and create subcontracts)
    • Intermediate skill level with MS Office Suite, Project; Prolog
    • Knowledge and understanding of construction cost accounting methodology
    • Demonstrated leadership skills
    • OSHA 30 (desired)
    • OSHA 10 (required)
    • Attend client meetings and presentations
    • Travel to job sites required
